We use Shopify data to detect paid deposit orders, allocate the relevant deposit amount as customer store credit, reverse store credit when eligible refunds occur, and support the app’s core functionality.

We do not sell merchant or customer data. Data is not shared with third parties except where required to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, or provide support requested by the merchant.

Data storage and security

Merchant and customer requests

We support Shopify’s required privacy webhooks for customer data requests, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Merchants may contact us to request information about app data or request deletion where applicable.
